Shipping policy
1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day from the time they are received. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be extended, and we appreciate your understanding.
2. Shipping Methods: We offer two shipping options for your convenience, including standard delivery and next day delivery (order before 2pm). The available shipping methods and associated costs will be displayed during the checkout process.
3. Shipping Regions: We currently only ship to UK mainland. If you require delivery outside of this area, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
4. Shipping Costs: There is a flat rate of £7.50 for express shipping (1-3 working days) across all items on the site. Orders totalling over £70 including VAT are currently reduced to free shipping. In either case, shipping can be upgraded to next-day delivery at the price of £12.50. You can view/edit the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalising your purchase.
5. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (if you have chosen a tracked service). This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment until it reaches its destination.
6. Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose and your location. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, please note that unforeseen delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs can occur. Generally, most orders will arrive within 1-2 working days and orders with next day delivery will arrive the next working day, if ordered before 2pm. If the order is placed after 2pm, the item will arrive one day following the next workiing day.
7. Lost or Damaged Items: In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.
8. Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or mis-delivery caused by incorrect addresses.
