The WRAS approved Premier Pleat polypropylene filter cartridge is designed for high performance liquid filtration across a wide range of applications. Featuring a high efficiency pleated polypropylene media, the cartridge provides a large surface area, low pressure drop, and excellent chemical compatibility due to its inert construction.
The cartridge utilises four pleated media layers to form a robust depth style pleat pack, delivering consistent flow rates and extended service life. The primary filtration layer ensures precise micron ratings and reliable particle retention, making it suitable for demanding filtration requirements.
An enhanced support cage design, introduced in 2018, improves flow dynamics while protecting the integral pleat pack. This reinforced construction adds rigidity and mechanical strength, helping to maintain cartridge integrity even under challenging operating conditions.
