Delivery problems

5 star for the product and Apex filters no complaints there but 3rd time I've ordered these now and UPS have failed to attempt to deliver to delivery address they just drop at drop off point which isn't convenient for me.

Chiller filters

We contacted Apex to find a better filter for our cold plunge chiller. The guy we dealt with was great and the filters are far superior to the one the company we bought the chiller from are. Great customer service & great product.
